The Trade show is a great way to reach new customers and let people know what your business/non-profit group has to offer. Also a great way to sell any unused tack with the no consignment used tack sale.

Exhibitors must keep his/her exhibits within the designated boundaries and avoid interference with other booths. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own chairs , table(s ) and any other special equipment required to complete their setup. Exhibits are outdoors. Tents reccomended. A horse trailer works good too! Promoters are not responsible or liable for the loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property. Space is reserved on a first come first serve basis. All balances must be paid for prior to set up. Request for specific space locations will be considered and approved prior to event. Exhibitors may pull their vehicles up to their spot for loading and unloading, but please be considerate of the other vendors doing the same.

Pricing is for each category that applies
(i.e. You may have a business and sell used tack ($35 +$15)

Single Business - $35.00
Used Tack - $15.00 (no consignment)
Non-Profit - $15.00
