** UPDATE ** - The NSC Trade Show (May 28th/11) is CANCELLED

What's included:

PRESENTATION OF SALE HORSE
Will be shown in the ring twice (time permitting).
During each presentation your horse will have use of the full arena "to strut their stuff" and plenty of time to make a great impression on each viewer. Please provide a promotional script (min. 300 words in paragraph form) that the announcer will read to the spectators and potential breeders. This may include anything from his manner, to their show wins, to his/her offspring, to pedigrees. Horses are either to be shown "in hand", fitted with a suitable show halter with handlers dressed in proper attire, or they may be presented under saddle, with riders also dressed in appropriate attire attire. No Stallion may be shown by a Junior.

RECOGNITION IN THE SHOW PROGRAM
A special Ad in the Trade Show Program will include a photo, short pedigree if provided and promotional script for each Sale Horse. Please submit photo, pedigree and promotional script in paragraph form (300 min). All submissions will be returned to the owner at the trade show.

ONE HORSE STALL
Will be provided for each participating horse. If your horse is entered in either the Stallion Showcase or the Horse Sale a stall is included with bedding for Friday May 27th night and Saturday May 28th during the day. A $10.00 stabling deposit is required and will be returned to the payee upon passing inspection on Sunday. All stalls under each entrant must be left clean and free of damage for deposit to be returned.

RECOGNITION ON THE TRADE SHOW WEBSITE
From the time your ad is ready to go, your sale horse will be featured on the website and will remain until the end of Sept so you have coverage for the whole summer after the trade show. It will also feature contact information and website info for your horse. www.northernsaddleclub.com

DECORATION AND STALL SIGN
For each participating horse, their ad will be displayed on their stall door along will their Showcase number which correlates with the program. Each entrant is encouraged to decorate their stall and may include a display of free literature for the public. Please do not obstruct the aisle way or other stalls.

HOT LUNCH SPECIAL
1 free lunch ticket will be given to each entrant. This years lunch will feature a hot lunch special with a coffee or tea. Other choice will be available for vegetarians.

ENTRY FEE: $40.00 per horse or 3 horses for $100
